Butter
Instructions
Leave the cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften .Mix the spices with the cheese and spread the base of the toasted bagels. Add a lettuce leaf, smoked salmon, onions and capers. Butter the top of the bagel. Serve immediately.
